Evermore Blooms specialises in luxury preserved roses that last up to one year with minimal care. Our products are handcrafted to provide long-lasting beauty and elegance.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental permission to use our site and place orders.

3. Product Information

We do our best to display our roses as accurately as possible. However, colours may slightly vary due to lighting or screen settings. All roses are natural and preserved; slight variations in shape and size are normal and add to their uniqueness.

4. Ordering and Payment

  • All prices are listed in AUD, inclusive of GST.

  • Payment is required in full at checkout.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled if it has already been processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • We offer standard and express shipping options.

  • Processing time is typically [1–3 business days].

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

To request a replacement:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • If approved, we will send a replacement or offer a resolution.

7. Care Instructions

Our roses are designed to last up to 12 months with proper care. Keep away from direct sunlight, humidity, and water. Do not remove the roses from the box.

8. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions are subject to change without notice. Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, photos, and text, is the property of Evermore Blooms and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Evermore Blooms is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages related to the use of our products or services.
