1. Avoid Direct Sunlight:

  • Keep your roses away from direct sunlight to preserve their vibrant colours.

2. Protect from Heat and Humidity:

  • Shield your roses from excessive heat and humid conditions, as this can affect their longevity.

3. No Watering Required:

  • Everlasting roses don't require watering. Keep them dry to maintain their exquisite appearance.
  • Keep away from all moisture (inlcuding but not limited to diffusers and humidifiers)

Our Guarantee: In the rare event that your flower exhibits significant signs of deterioration within one year of purchase, we are committed to making it right. Our guarantee covers unforeseen circumstances, and we want to ensure your satisfaction with our products.

Replacement Policy: If, within the first year, you notice substantial deterioration in your everlasting rose, please contact us at hello@evermoreblooms.com.au with a photo of the affected flower. We will promptly assess the situation, and if deemed necessary, we will happily provide you with a replacement.
