At Evermore Blooms, we strive to provide a seamless and delightful shopping experience for our customers. Here's what you need to know about our shipping process:

 

Dispatch Time (Worldwide):

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Please note that dispatch time is separate from shipping time.
  • You'll be provided with a tracking link post-dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to update.


Within Australia

  • Enjoy complimentary standard shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia.
  • For orders under $100, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

 

Whilst we always strive to deliver all orders on time, there are many factors outside of our control that can affect the shipping time, such as weather, flight delays/issues, and unforeseen circumstances with the delivery driver. Currently, we can only guarantee delivery dates for Sydney Metro.

To ensure your Evermore Blooms arrive on time and to avoid any disappointment with late delivery, we highly recommend placing your orders well in advance of your special occasion. 

We understand that certain occasions are time-sensitive, and we want to assist you in making the best arrangements possible, so if you are unsure about delivery dates or need your order delivered on a specific date, we encourage you to reach out to us at hello@evermoreblooms.com.au before placing your order, as we will not issue refunds due to shipping delays that are beyond our control. 

 

Sydney Metro

  • Free Standard Shipping (2-3 Business Days). Dispatched within 1-2 business days from order confirmation.
  • $15 Express Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
  • $50 Same Weekday Delivery available for orders placed before 12pm - Sydney Metro Only. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next business day.
  • $30 Saturday Sydney Metro Delivery available for orders placed on Friday before 5pm.

 

Regional NSW, VIC, QLD & SA

  • Free Standard Shipping (2-5 Business Days). Dispatched within 1-2 business days from order confirmation.
  • $20 Express Shipping (1-3 Business Days - Metro). Dispatched same day or next business day from order confirmation.

 

WA, NT & TAS

  • Free Standard Shipping (5-12 Business Days).  Dispatched within 1-2 business days from order confirmation.
  • $40 Express Shipping (4-6 Business Days - Metro).  Dispatched same day or next business day from order confirmation.

 

International Delivery

Shipping rates, inclusive of protective packaging and fragile courier services, will be generated during the checkout process. To guarantee the secure receipt of your beautiful blooms, every international order will require a signature upon delivery.

Please anticipate your flowers' arrival within an estimated timeframe of 4 to 14 business days. Note that international shipments may experience delays due to flight cancellations, restricted flights, and increased parcel volumes during peak periods.

A tracking number will be made available to you post-dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for the link to update.

Please note that Evermore Blooms holds no responsibility for any additional duties and taxes that may apply in your country. It is important that you are mindful of your country's customs regulations and fees.
