No Returns for Change of Mind:

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for a change of mind. Please make your selection carefully and consider your purchase before completing your order.

Returns for Faulty Products:

We strive to ensure that your Evermore Blooms arrive in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that you receive a faulty product, we are here to assist you.

Conditions for Faulty Products:

1. Contact Us Within 7 Days:

  • If you believe you have received a faulty product, please contact us at hello@evermoreblooms.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Provide Details and Photos:

  • To expedite the process, please provide details of the fault and include clear photos of the product in question.

3. Assessment and Resolution:

  • Our team will assess the provided information and photos. If the product is deemed faulty, we will provide you with instructions for return or offer a replacement.


Cancellations:

Cancellations can be made within 30 minutes of placing the order. If you wish to cancel your order, please email hello@evermoreblooms.com.au with your order number to request a cancellation.
